TOKYO DECADANCE themed party nights are a burlesque masquerade fusion with Japanese cosplay fantasy fetish, produced by Adrien from Paris.
It is a celebration of individuality and self expression. Party goers wear exotic flamboyant – often scantily clad – hybrid styles, amidst performance artists, live acts and DJs. The audience contributes to the psycho drama of cameo theatre acts with dramatic role-play and dancing.
A fashion, fiction, aesthetic, synthesis of Tokyo cyber wear with sexual voyeurism. An electro exotic managerie cavorting to a sensoria of evocative grooves and decor-enviro-tech projection visuals. Socially it is an eccentric mix of foreigners with risque Japanese. Which has always been an imaginative, uninhibited, cross pollination mix within the underground fashion-music milieu of Tokyo.
I have been contributing with a tasty selection of electro and my personal theatrix-mythos. Definitely the most entertaining, artistically engaging, interactive club party event I know of.
