Illuminati Cosplay @ Comiket

Comiket @ Tokyo Big Sight is the biggest event in Japan. Twice a year – summer & winter – over three days, with more than 140,000 fans of manga and anime attend each day.

Comics are ultra-ubiquitious with an omnipresence throughout Japanese culture. The cosplay at Comiket by other-worldly, hero-heroine, participants, captivates feverish scrums of camera-snapping otaku. My film – 'Manga Mad Tokyo Otaku' – explores this pop cult, in enthralling detail.
